William H. (Bill) Cochrane is the Worldwide Chief Financial Officer of Saatchi & Saatchi and a member of the agency’s Executive Committee.

Bill has been a part of the Saatchi & Saatchi management team for over 20 years, and has been vital to the company’s sustained growth over that time.

As Worldwide Financial Director, Bill has improved much more than Saatchi & Saatchi’s financials, by implementing a disciplined performance scorecard, a results-based compensation philosophy and performance-linked incentive schemes.
