Milano Reyna

Worldwide Human Interests Director

Milano Reyna is the Worldwide Human Interests Director for Saatchi & Saatchi.  He reports to the CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide, Kevin Roberts and is also a member of the Executive Board and Chair of the company’s Human Interests Board. He is based in New York and oversees a talent pool of more than 6,500 staff in 86 countries with a regional human interests team of 20 members, spread throughout the Network.

Milano joined Saatchi & Saatchi in 1995, taking on responsibility for building the Asia Pacific region with the Regional and Local CEOs as the Regional Human Resource Director.  He was posted in Asia for six years and lived in Hong Kong and Singapore during this assignment.  His focus was on building human resource practices in the region to include recruitment, retention, development of local and expatriate staff, mergers and acquisitions and also developing local boards and leadership teams.

After graduate school, Milano began his career at the Center for Business and Economic Development at Auburn University at Montgomery.  He consulted on Organizational Development, Employee Selection, Employment Law Litigation and Human Resources.  He last held the position of Management Scientist, Senior Consultant.   His clients and affiliations were in the public sector and private sectors and included General Electric, Southern Natural Gas Company, Caterpillar, Alabama Commission on Higher Education, Pennsylvania State Police,  The Southern Poverty Law Center, and The City of Atlanta.

Milano was born in Germany in 1963 and was raised between Europe and the United States before coming to the US for University.  He now resides in New Jersey with his wife Anne and his two sons Nicholas (9 years old) and Christoph (4 years old).
