In 1991, Pedro Simko co-founded SIMKO Communication and the agency quickly became one of Switzerland's largest independent advertising agencies.

When, in 2004, SIMKO Communication joined forces with Saatchi & Saatchi, Pedro Simko was appointed CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Simko.

During 2005 and 2006, Saatchi & Saatchi Simko was the fastest growing office in the Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide Network.

In May 2006, Pedro was appointed to Saatchi & Saatchi's Worldwide Executive Board. in 2008, he opened the new Saatchi & Saatchi office in Zürich. Today, he is Chairman of Saatchi & Saatchi Switzerland and Chief Marketing Officer for Europe, Middle East & Africa.
